Newport Beach Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections concerning Newport Beach and Orange County, California. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a public office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the service only in a lawful way. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make an FCRA-regulated decision, including credit, employment, housing, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
Newport Beach Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. section 1681 and following. Neither this reference nor a result from a linked tool is a consumer report. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
